At ivocoTec, a deep knowledge of the temporary employment industry meets many years of IT expertise. The result is impressive: With ivocoPro we have developed a tool that not only simplifies all relevant workflows and processes in the cooperation with temporary employment agencies, but also convinces with its user-friendliness.

The way there was not always easy, but it was definitely worth it. Since 2016, our experienced team has been working on a tailor-made solution for temporary employment. The goal: to make order management more convenient, smarter and simpler. The result: ivocoPro, in our firm conviction the future-oriented solution for vendor management.

Insider knowledge as a foundation stone

For more than 25 years ivocoTec has been gathering valuable experience in the personnel service industry. Our team members have a clear understanding of the work processes, but also know about the everyday pitfalls of the trade.

With this insider knowledge we have consciously decided to break new ground in the development of ivocoPro. We wanted to create a platform that corresponds to the actual requirements of the industry, faithfully reproduces and automates all process steps of the temporary employment agency business and is also fun to use. Because we know: only if a tool fulfils all these tasks equally, the necessary acceptance by the users is achieved; costs are reduced, liability risks are lowered sustainably.

In order to achieve these goals, we at ivocoTec have gathered a large number of proven IT talents. Our many years of experience in application development were essential for the extensive development process of ivocoPro. Taking time was necessary due to the state-of-the-art technologies we use. We have built the latest in security and encryption technology into ivocoPro. At the same time, we focused on extensive user tests right from the start. This allowed us to ensure that the platform was as intuitive as possible to use. Today our customers and we know: this effort has been more than worth it.

For them, we created a platform that offers a high degree of compliance security while leaving room to respond to the changing demands of the market.
