Facebook provides page insights for our Facebook fan page: https://www.facebook.com/business/a/page/page-insights. This is summarized data that sheds light on how people interact with our site. Site insights may be based on personal information collected in connection with a visit or interaction of people on or with our site and in connection with provided content. Please note which personal data you share with us via Facebook. Your data may be processed for market research and advertising purposes, even if you are not logged in to Facebook or do not have a Facebook account. General data processing on social media platforms

Data processing for market research and advertising

Typically, personal information is processed on the Company's website for market research and promotional purposes. For this purpose, a cookie is set in your browser, which allows the respective provider to recognize you when you visit a website. Using the collected data, usage profiles can be created. These are used to serve advertisements within and outside the platform that are allegedly in line with your interests. Furthermore, the usage profiles can also store data independently of the devices you are using. This is usually the case if you are a member of each platform and logged in to it.

Data processing when contacting

We ourselves collect personal data, if you, contact us e.g. via the contact form or by a messenger service, like the Facebook Messenger. The data collected depend on your information and the contact details you have given or approved. These are used for the purpose of processing the request and in the case of follow-up questions stored with us. In no case we do provide the data to thirds without your consent. The legal basis for the processing of the data is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request concerns the conclusion of a contract. Your data will be deleted after the final processing of your request, as far as there are no statutory storage requirements. We assume final processing if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the relevant facts have been finally clarified.

Data processing for contract execution

If you are contacting us via a social network or other platforms to conclude a contract or for the provision of services, we process your data to fulfil the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures or to provide the desired services. The legal basis for the processing of your data in this case is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Your data will be deleted if they are no longer necessary for the execution of the contract or if it is established that the pre-contractual measures do not lead to a conclusion of the contract corresponding to the purpose of establishing contact. Please note, however, that even after the contract has been concluded, it may be necessary to store personal data of our contractual partners in order to comply with contractual or legal obligations.

Data processing by consent

Data transfer & recipient

Please note that through the use of social media platforms a data processing outside the EU and the European Economic Area, so that the European Data protection level can not necessarily be guaranteed. These US-based social media providers are certified to the US Privacy Shield, which ensures compliance with the level of data protection in the EU. Your rights

Below you will find information on which data subjects the current data protection law gives you to the person responsible regarding the processing of your personal data:

  • The right to request information about your personal data processed by us according to Art. 15 GDPR. In particular, you can demand information on the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been disclosed, the planned retention period, the right to rectification, deletion, limitation of processing or objection, the existence of a the right to complain, the source of their data, if not collected from us, and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and, where appropriate, meaningful information about their details.
  • The right, in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to demand the correction of incorrect or complete personal data stored by us without delay.
  • The right to demand the deletion of your personal data stored with us, according to Art. 17 GDPR, as far as the processing is not required for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for reasons of the public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.
  • The right to demand, in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, the restriction of the processing of your personal data, as far as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you reject its deletion and we no longer need the data, but you need the data for asserting, exercising or defending legal claims or you have lodged an objection against the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.
  • The right to receive, in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, your personal data provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another person in charge.
  • The right to complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of the federal state of our above named seat or, if applicable, your usual place of residence or workplace.
  • Right to revoke granted consent pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR: You have the right to revoke consent once given in the processing of data at any time with effect for the future. In the case of withdrawal, we will delete the data concerned immediately, as far as further processing cannot be based on a legal basis for consentless processing. The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.

Right to object:
If your personal data are processed by us on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, to the extent that this occurs for reasons that arise from your particular situation. Insofar as the objection is directed against the processing of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, you have a general right of objection without the requirement of specifying a particular situation. Storage time

The personal data collected by us will be deleted by our system if you are no longer required for the purposes specified in the form or if you have exercised your right of revocation or objection. Legal retention periods remain unaffected. We have no control over the retention period of your data stored by the social media providers for their own purposes.
